Former Vice President of database trigger company Velara Software became CTO of Astral Universe, Inc. today, assuming responsibility for all technical policy making and technical management for Astral. Mr. Vernon brings with him a wealth of IT knowledge and programming experience, as well as corporate management experience in the modern IT industry.
