VOA Awards Program Privacy Statement

We consider your Privacy to be of prime importance. To that end, you can be assured that:

• All applications and their contents will be used only for the evaluation of one of the four VOA awards.
• All information contained in the award application form or in emailed applications will be kept strictly confidential. Content will not be sold, given away, or used for any other purpose.
• Once evaluation is complete, the contents of the application will be destroyed to avoid potential misuse by third parties.
• No information will be collected from young people or children under the age of 14 years old (C.O.P.P.A.).
• Only your site name, url and description will be posted in the Winners sections of this site (if you become a winner). Your email or name will NOT be posted.
